Can I return or exchange my order?
It’s non-refundable once the order has been made. However, you can email us at zarajaynebooks@gmail.com for any feedbacks or inquiries and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
How long does shipping usually take?
All domestic shipping within Malaysia will take at least one week or less, depending if the orders are made during the weekends, public holidays or festive seasons. International shipping will take slightly longer. If there are any delays or issues regarding this matter, please feel free to email us at the address stated above.
Can I post images/videos of your book on my website, blog or social media account?"
Yes, most definitely! You are more than welcome to post up photos of our product and tag us @zarajaynebooks with the hashtag #zarajaynebooks. All of our content is copyrighted.
